if you watch the footage at 2x speed or 1.5x speed it looks like they are just hopping around, the low gravity jumps are about the same height as regular jumps and there haven't been any manned missions that have traveled through the Van Allen radiation belt since the missions to the moon.

Of all the footage on the moon you don't see any stars and the Russians had stated a couple years before that you would need 4 feet of lead in your suit due to the radiation on the moon.

so i don't believe there has been any manned missions to the moon, that's just my opinion though

We have been after, but not much anymore because the NASA program is currently unfunded.
