Running around a track is better you get better airflow

well if you really want to lose weight bicycle ride and run 5 times + weekend and watch wat you eat.

Ok so I'm a fitness fanatic so i know what I'm talking about first off i'd say the track but try to change it up and run around your town. It'll provide more of an "experience" for your body and will make it work harder. Cardio is definitely a very important part when trying to lose weight and also just great for anyone! As for weight lifting i wouldn't do too much until you've really slimed down but definitely do it as it'll build muscle and get you toned! I would also recommend doing High Intensity Training like high intensity intervals and stuff. I'd also recommend doing explosive plyometric workouts and also the biggie change your diet! I can't stress it enough! Hope i helped!

You Should Go to a pool and swim laps for 60 min, Swimming keeps u in great shape, also Run around Your neighborhood a couple of times,
