As someone else said in an earlier thread, we're paying to keep the servers hacker-free. I also think they should make it free for player matches, but keep ranked matches a gold feature, after all the entire Call of Duty series has been run on a Peer-2-Peer system, where players Xboxes have been used to host the actual game, in that case we shouldn't pay.

PS3 isn't crappy cause of the free PSN, it's crappy cause of their security. That's basically it. There is so much commotion on whether XBL or PSN is better. They are both the **** same, but XBL is way more secure, and would take only god to hack it

if it was free, it would sooo different. most of the features that make people play xbox instead of ps3 are due to the fact that we pay for it.

No, cause if it was we would not have such good support, for example if Xbox Live goes down Microsoft will fix it asap but if the free PSN network goes down Sony will take there good old time
