Pakistan had the helicopter that was wrecked, and it would have to have been an extremely elaborate, tightly controlled bunch of fakery, with immense political risk to the prez, to pull that off. As in, get Paki govt to lie (which I don't think they would do, being pissed at us for all the drone strikes), and get Navy Seals to lie under oath. The ocean "burial" was so that his grave didn't become a shrine for extremists. Same reason Hitler was burned and remains scattered.

At least give us proof that he is in-fact dead. They gave us proof of Saddam Hussain's death, why not the most-wanted man, Bin Laden?

Notice how his alleged killing couldn't have come at a BETTER time for the Obama administration? It supposedly happened right when he needed it the most: his approval ratings were at an all-time low; the economy was--and still is--in the toilet; and he was just beginning to ramp-up his re-election campaigning.
Why no pics of Bin Laden dead? So as not to further anger the jihadists? Please; they already want us and dead and there's no was those pics would change anything in the way the feel about us.
Oh, and this too: Remember that chopper crash a couple of months ago that killed 22 Navy SEALs? Guess who those SEALs were? Yep: Team 6; the very same Team who allegedly assassinated OBL. The press was told the SEAL's in the crash were from the same Team who nailed OBL, but not the very same unit. This, though, according to my SEAL nephew, is incorrect. He says the same six guys who stormed OBL's bunker were on that chopper.

I agree with you. It doesn't exactly add up how the government wouldn't show proof that Osama was dead...
