I think I might of been a bit confusing.

He's most likely dead, nothing about that. But the proof is what's holding this statement back. The timing he was killed by the "government" is a bit too odd.

and how do you know this have you seen his body?

they do not give us proof of his death because in doing so the US media (and don't try to deny it you would do it too) would only make matters worse with the middle east by making a joke of his death with the photos. so get over yourselves with this crap about the government lying to us about the terrorists.
