What it does: the ability to see through walls when acctivated, only last for 20 seconds, reharges after 1.5 mins of being alive in game.

Pro'ed perk: Battery recharges after 1 min being alive in game, you can see through thicker walls, last for 40 seconds.

Cons: acctivated by pressing up on D Pad (like night vision in COD 4). also battery only last 20 secs. and it can only be used for a total of 20 seconds in game till recharged (dying does not reset the 20 seconds.)

Perk Name: Voltage (This is a death streak)

Effect: After 3 deaths, if you die within 20 seconds, you die and an electric shock will harm the enemy, or kill him. It depends on how close he is to you. The radius should reach about 16 feet.

Pro Effect Challenge: Instantly kill 30 enemies using Voltage when you die.

Pro Effect: Instantly kills, no matter how much health the enemy has, and the radius is increased to 30 feet.

Effect: Become slightly transparent when activated(double click the back button)and noise is reduced by 40%, but if shot or using an action, perk wears off for 30 seconds, and speed is reduced by 20%.

Pro Effect Challenge: Knife 100 enemies in the back while you are invisible.

Pro Effect: Noise is reduced by 70%, and when shot or using action, perk wears off for only 10 seconds, and speed is reduced by only 5%.

Perk Name: Informer

Effect: If you are shot by an enemy, you can see where the enemy is, even through the walls. If the enemy places any equipment or calls in a kill-streak usable by other players(like a Ballistic Vest)the player with Informer can either take it and it will be usable by other players, or if he ADS on it, his team-mates can see it and have a chance to take it.

Pro Effect Challenge: Inform 20 enemy kill-streaks to your team-mates, and let them take over it.

Pro Effect: If enemy aims at you, it shows you where he is.




Those are all I could come up with. I made them seem as if they'd actually be in a CoD game, considering this game is set 15 years in the future.
