Edit: It worked fine on my old tv using hdmi video, just this new tv i plug it in the optical audio and it only plays voice AND they are x41's

on turtle beaches there are a green and pink adapter wires
and on the tv there should be 2 adapter ports ( ther is on my tv )
each of the wires go into one of the ports
this is on my tv not sure about yours...

i have x11
its the 2 3.5mm plugs that give it sound if not its your tv

yea i have x41's i plugged into the tower and tv but still no sound
