Well if you are going to make a website that you stated in your topic i would say learn html and css for the design and then learn php for the functions of your site

Get started with visual basic to learn some code, then move on to html. And then start to code your website, but i warn you each of these steps are going to take MORE than a month, or else it will turn out very bad.
