I know, I tried to install 'Spite' for my iPod touch then after a reboot it just stayed on the Apple Icon. I'm not gonna be installing that app again from Cydia :')
damm seen a few posts with the same problem
I'll have to some how figure this out by myself but if I do find the problem then I'll reply back to you, okay?

i sorted mine out buy making the iphone 4 go in dfu mode then i just restored it and JB again and it worked fine.
