So I am on vacation and we went to London we have been here for 2 days and I'm still on California time and if I fall asleep I wake up like 2 hours later please help

You Have To Force Yourself To Sleep Or Get Some Sleeping Pills.

Ok but I have trouble making myself fall asleep and we don't have any pills!

i'm sometime's like that when i go to a country with a different time zone, you'll soon get used to sleeping and waking up at different times, don't worry. But you could try using sleeping tablets, or just have a look on google.

I have trouble sleeping at my own house but I just stay completely still and think about stuff amd eventually just fall asleep. Just dnlont think about not being able to fall asleep

i listen to classical music i have an app on m my ipod or you can get it on the radio it carlms me down and it might work for you

haha i have to try that one day, sounds ridiculous but would be cool if it actually did work tbf
