I need help. Urgently.

As you probably know, I was replacing my Micro ATX mobo to an ATX mobo.

Problem- I lost the stand-offs and screws that came with the case (HAF 912) Where can I buy a new set of stand-offs and screws that will fit? I went to my local pc shop and they didn't have any that fit in the case.

Do you have the motherboard standoffs installed?

Not all of them Why is that my problem?

EDIT: I had to put card under my MOBO because it kept causing a shirt and wouldn't turn on

You need all the necessary standoffs installed and you need them installed NOW.

Why what is the big deal. And when I researched what you said it isn't necessary to put them all in. Just corners?

Wherever you put a screw in on the motherboard, you need to have a standoff for it. I was helping someone recently and their card would not fit properly because they did not install the standoffs properly.

i will also need one for my hyper 212 evo.


looking to spend about 35GBP for 5 fans

what fans would you recommend?

That's exactly the same thing I saw happening with another person I was helping. He didn't have all the standoffs installed properly in his Core 1000.

What case do you have? The best thing to do is not load the case up with fans, but rather place a few good fans well. You also don't need to put two fans on your cooler because one quality static-pressure fan will perform as well.
