3 x 2a would = 6a in simplified form unless you are saying 3x x 2a in which case it cannot be simplified further.

Ye, well if you have any other mathematical problems just PM me and ill try my best to help I fort the UK Maths GCSEs where very very easy but now they have started to word there questions in a very irritating way to catch people of :/.

you can't multiply 3 x 2a


What? Explain why.

I'm pretty sure it would be 6a. 3 x 2a = 6a
