You must have done all Prestige challenges. That means you can get the rotating 10th emblem when you're even 1st Prestige.

yeah thats rumored but unconfirmed, nobodys LEGIT gotten all of them done. i dont think. the sentry gun and stealth bomber one have to be a pain in the ass.

you have to get all the flashing green challenges including master, veteran and the prestige challenges.............

Uh no you don't I am sure there is someone out there who has just dedicated their entire mw2 life to boosting all of those challenges legitamitely, and then was very disappointed when it happened. They either took the emblem out of the game or they are going to incorporate getting the emblem with the new dlc that is coming out. GETTING ALL THE GREEN/PRESTIGE CHALLENGES DONT UNLOCK IT. SO STOP SAYING THAT IT DOES WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW.
