Never Update anything from MS on a hacked console as it will BRICK it and render it useless.

Never Accept any update on a jtag, It Must be updated Via FREEBOOT or RGLoader As it removes a File that BLOWS the e-Fuse's

Also Was the ethernet plugged in whilst this update appeared.
Games from Newer Dashboards Contain Updates when you try to play them, If your Dash is on a lower Version New games like BO2 / Halo 4 Will prompt a Update, Only way around this is UPDATE Your NAND Image to the lastest version.

Yeah that is what I thought as far as updating via usb. I can not get to any menu, just stays with that screen. Any idea on how to get past that?

Ok so I found that the second part is which update is in question. 351f is 13599 in decimal. So it is the 13599 dash

Looks like the guy whole sold you it ( or your self ) Has tryed to play a game witch requires a higher Dashboard. He/you have Accepted the Update :/ and sh*t him Self and switched it off Mid-Update.

Do you have a NAND-X/LTP And a Back up copy of your NAND/CPUKey before this happend?

If not your better getting a Refund OR Pay for someone with a NAND-X Kit To reflash it back to normal.
