The world is collapsing, some people are just insane. Although no shooting is a good one, there was luckily only one victim.

It says the boy was wounded? It doesn't say he's dead so why should the person who shot deserve a death sentence?

The shooter had the intention to kill, they aimed for the head. Why should it matter if the victim dies or not, it was attempted homicide?
