One of my friends has a home in Louisiana which he says is a very beautiful and entertaining place.
Perhaps, instead of going to a major city that would basically be the American equivalent of London, hit the back country.
Take in the great American countryside.

I'm English by the way, I seriously wouldn't come here unless you like terrible weather and having cans and slurs thrown at you by chavs.

America all the way, travel to New York, Florida or California or somewhere like that, England isn't really all that exciting

Las Vegas, i went last month and it was the best 2 weeks i have ever had.

Non Biased View. I do not live in either of them but i have visited both and here is my view.

America: full of idiots, and jerks, and has some crime. (not fat people i know Australia is the fattest country)

UK: full of idiots, people who can't clean themselves, and alot more drama and crimes.

In all: go to England if you want to see sights, and have a good time.
Go to America to have fun, see some sights and still have a good time.

I suggest New York if going to America, and London for the UK.

I've been to both and lived at both for about a year. In America where I was staying, there was nothing to do and nothing special. When I went to England I had the time of my life. Age also matters, in America if your over 21 I would recommend it as that is the drinking age. If your are under 21 in England you can drink beer I believe. Don't Quote me on this I live in Germany now. The choice really is up to you in the long run.

I Live in the U.K Only a good country in the summer times i.e August my birthday But deiffinetly us for now.

If you want to visit America, I would really recommend visiting New York City. It's full of tourist attractions.
