Roux wrote I personally think religion was a tool to create conflict, and the trend caught on. I don't believe there is a divine being(s). I mean, as you eloquently put it; why would God create a world this dark? If God was all-loving, there wouldn't be a hell. Everyone would go to heaven.

Anyway, I think you can tell I'm atheist.

I know, but as others have suggested, God did apparently give us free will, for a reason, which is something to think about.

God didn't give me free will. I was given free will the day I was born.

Well. I have said this on other religion posts before.
But i believe there is some type of afterlife.
I have seen with my own personal eyes before ghosts and apparitions.
Witch makes me believe in some type of afterlife.
I dont know if Jesus or any of that is real. But i do strongly believe in an afterlife.

I have ideas about an afterlife, not sure how to feel about it really, getting into spiritual things. I believe in ghosts though as well.

Biblically and in Apocryphal terms, Lucifer gave you free will.
God gifted you free will to do different things, eg; pick up a cup or leave it.
Lucifer tempted and consequently enforced free will upon us so that we would have the choice to do evil.

However, if you discard all belief in a deity then yes, you inherited free will simply by being conceived.

As an atheist, I'm not speaking in Biblically and in Apocryphal terms! ;D

Ohh, that sounds like something they would say, gives more credit to God and more hatred to Lucifer haha

Indeed.
However, that given grandeur and authority achieved yet undeserved by God can be snatched back in a few simple pages of the contradictory and poorly written text used as a platform for all manner of horrible deeds and doubtful actions committed by said God.
Only the great Judeo-Christian God could claim omnibenevolence, then slave off entire cities to genocide at the tip of a sword with an army of brainwashed barbarians holding the handle, including the mass, malevolent murder of babies and pregnant woman.
The God that tells you that you must love him more than your own flesh and blood and that if he desires and wills it to be you must be ready to gut your kids to show your love for him.
All the while condemning those accused of vilification to eternal Hellfire for succumbing to the consequences of a mistake made by one woman with no knowledge of where, why or what she was before taking the fateful bite into a cursed apple after being tempted by an angel that God in all of his greatness failed to deal with accordingly.

God deserves pity more than respect, like an ill patient on a psyche ward.

I apologize for the grandiloquence.

Although i agree with you,(I do belive in a higher being though)
God is, hypothetically of course, all powerful.
But, he does not help humans because this world is our test.
As for most religions being wrong, That is a good argument that no one has a good answer for!
