Yeah but I would still go with a 600w-650w for upgrading purposes.

Read that and stop this AMD vs. Intel garbage. Intel is the better option at some price points. AMD is the better option at others. The ONLY WAY to pick a CPU is to completely ignore the brand and make your decision based on performance in what tasks you will be doing and whatever features come along with the platform.

OP, you need to be more specific and tell us what you want. Presumably you're talking about the CPU here, but what's your budget for the whole build? Part-by-part budgets don't work.
