This kind of disproves that they had prior knowledge of a certain event.
However, to discount it being a prediction I would need to see the full episode, the dog could quite easily be referring to something happening in the cartoon, context is needed.

It is still rather creepy though.

The dog is discussing to Porky that he doesn't want to go back to the city (where the pound is located) because the event that he is describing in the video will happen...

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that the U.S. didn't know Iraq had oil back then or probably didn't care if they did. For people that don't know, 9/11 is the reason why the U.S. invaded the east.

Just finished watching that video, very interesting! After watching it all, it does intrigue me to find it out!

If you think about it a lot of cartoons have predicted future events.

I remember this episode. I think it' pretty creepy to be honest. Why "towers" and not "buildings?" And why plural? It may just be one of those things that will be coincidental in due time, but still creepy nevertheless.
