What he said and you can get a CPU and overclock it to that speed. I have the i5-3570k and overclocked mine from 3.4 to 4.4ghz

You should have basic knowledge of a computer before buying a computer
so you actually know what you're purchasing.

Here it is, I wouldn't suggest overclocking on your first bulid you also know nothing about PC's. You can buy all of these parts from Scan.co.uk. If you shop around you should get it for around 640Quid.

I'm saying that you should take Caches into consideration aswell.

im no expert but your saving almost 50% if I were you I would conciser it
