its not about ghz i have my i7 @4.2ghz and it will smoke most amd processors that are higher than this. it is all about the processor not ghz

No use to have 15gbs of RAM unless your a hardcore editor who needs things rendered fast i would just recommend 8gb. Plus look into building your own PC, much better.
