this will DELETE ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING off of your main harddrive you will need to RE-INSTALL windows and your computer will only boot into its BIOS until you install windows
you may want to look up a guide on how to re-install windows BEFORE you delete it.
hope this helps
Hey Zach, I'll leave it up to the OP to decide if he wants to go your route or mine, if he goes yours I won't post anymore that way we don't clog up the thread and he can find the next step easier, but good response! I would've explained that to him, but was kind of afraid to put someone who hasn't heard of and OS into the BIOS +Rep to you though
Sorry for taking so long!
Was doing something else.
So I created the new account, and he is an admin.
*BTW, THANKS FOR ALL THE RESPONSES, +REP FOR YOU GUYS!<3*
Awesome man! Next, we are going to access the control panel from the new admin account and remove the old user account. If you have ANY questions, don't hesitate, just ASK! There will be a few more steps following this so we will just go bit by bit until it is done.
Alright, I deleted that old account.
Now what man ?
Ok great job man we are almost there! Next, we will need to access the C: drive and head over to C:\Users where we will locate the old account and any files that were originally inside. *NOTE* It is possible that the account is not listed in the directories and that the files that were associated with the account were removed as well.
In the event the account is still listed, we will simply be hitting the delete button and erasing all of the folders within.
So go delete the remaining files or let me know if they aren't there!
Alright, I finshed doing that! Whats next man?
We are nearing completion and so far you have done great! I'm glad this is working well for you! Now we will re-enter the control panel and individually start removing programs. If some programs are being problematic and won't remove, I can teach you how to easily manually remove them and make sure nothing is left behind in your registry...but that's only if necessary. So in short, go remove that old ware you don't need anymore!

I won't get into how data is stored because that will give you and most people a headache lol but by default all of the data will end up in your recycling bin and then it is up to you to restore or remove it.
You are all done though buddy! Is there anything else I can help you with?

It is recommended that you remove programs by un-installing them from the control panel. If you just delete them using the recycle bin you may only be deleting a shortcut icon or in some cases it will delete the program but not all the data that is associated with it.
