GalaxySIII wrote I remember they locked my topic and posted this

"5.2 Staff has final say in any dispute. Moderators and Admins have been instilled with special privileges due to the trustworthiness and dedication they show to the site. All staff have the right to, without question, violate any rule herein they deem necessary for the benefit of the site. Site Administration reserves the right to grant the same privilege under extenuating circumstances to certain users. Staff have supreme authority, and as such, all grievances are to be directed to Site Administration. Any user found disregarding this is subject to account termination."

Which, in short, means "You're our b*tch, we don't care what you have to say." I also like how it says, "Moderators and Admins have been instilled with special privileges due to the trustworthiness and dedication they show to the site." when a lot of them are just friends with the creators and have like 12 posts.

I have never seen so much truth in a post. I feel sorry for those reading who are afraid to post because they are afraid of getting in trouble.

I hate to post on another one of these topics, on my last warning. -.-

But I honestly feel we should have the ability to dispute warnings, I get warned constantly for something that doesn't make sense. It's really irritating.

Sorry for commenting so late. This was the page I was on when I fell asleep last night...

But anyway, if you look through the "Site Staff" link, you will notice that a couple Sectional Moderators have not been on their account since October 2012!! And then other Moderators, Global Moderators, whatever they are, have not been active since late January, others February. That's outrageous!!! How are inactive people supposed to help run the site?!

On another note, it's not too hard in some situations to know who issued your warning/suspension. Typically, it's the Sectional Moderators because they only have control over a few sections, so they pay more attention to those sections. They MAY not be able to ban you, but it is most likely them who point out your post and that you need to be banned or whatever.

This site, although it has its flaws like this, is still pretty good! To make up for all the 6-10 year olds on the site, we have very knowledgeable people like Mensch, Blotter420, VEVO, Kerrigan, and a lot more who don't post too much! People on this site give respect to people with the most posts. But I can go post on every topic and still be just as helpful as I am now. A lot of the best people on this site, are the ones who simply sit back and only post when they see someone needs help. That's the type of people we need. Those are the type of people who we need as staff. The current staff goes out of their way and nitpicks posts and finds the smallest excuse to suspend people. Why not give them a small warning if it's their first time? This site used to be fair, when Dale_UK and hippie were more active posters and got involved with the users more. Now, like Mensch said, they act like God and they act like we're little undeserving people. Even though we're all here as a community.

Mensch wrote Just posted a rant in this section and was getting some responses...now my thread is deleted?

What has happened to the staff on here...

Do you guys feel like you can't really speak freely on here without receiving some type of harassment from "big brother"?
Mate, this has happened to me SO many times, every time I have a topic that is big and lots of people are replying on it, for some reason it gets deleted. When I had an idea about a great topic in the fifa 13 forum to reduce the spam on the forum it was getting a lot of feedback saying it should be a Sticky and using the Topic correctly but ONCE again my topic got deleted and about 1-2 weeks later the moderator took my idea and put it as a Sticky. So basically you need to be well known on TTG such as moderator or some sh*t they have on here to be noticed, its all a bunch of bullsh*t, thinking they are better than everyone as their well known or whatever whilst they sit behind their computer screens all day thinking its an achievement ;)

Nothing he posted in the last thread was against the rules though. Do you not see the point in this thread?

I'm not going to quote Adverzity, just for the sake of space. I agree with you 100% though buddy. I am just going to only post when it is either my topic, or I am answering someone's question. The more you comment, even if you are just being witty, will increase your chances of having some type of warning. I honestly wouldn't mind being staff just so I could help more people, but with two warnings being the limit for most staff positions and myself being at 2 right now...I don't see that happening. Haha but believe me, if I was staff, I wouldn't issue any warnings without good reason and if I took a topic down, I would have the decency to tell the person via PM, why I did that.

The idea is not to aggravate the staff with this topic, I understand that they are in a position of power and when someone speaks against them, it is tempting to just silence them. All I'm asking is for the staff to not do that, let the members speak their minds so we can get some true feedback and help better the site.
