Great post! Don't forget, the real muscle gain is within the next week AFTER the work out. This is why the diet is ULTRA important. As your muscles begin to expand, they will need correct nutrients, protein, carbohydrates and your 5 a day. You will see the difference within 2-3 weeks. DEDICATION is all it takes, just like money, you don't just get it, you work for it!

you should add that you need your intake of carbs for refeuling your body. I gained 15 lbs of muscle last summer in just under 2 months. If you need any help with anything related to this topic, i'd be glad to help
