I have a Nokia so....... but i've heard some good things about the Samsung Galaxy

Ive had a bunch of phones.
HTC Droid incredible 1 & 2.
Galaxy Nexus
And i have tried iPhones.

I Can honestly say with my experience from all 3 brands i like Samsungs Galaxy line the best which is why i am upgrading to the Galaxy S4. And the reason people like iPhones is because they are simple to use and made by a known mobile device company.

Personally I think the HTC One is the best phone out at the minute.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and my Mum has an iPhone 5 and I personally think the Samsung is so much better. You can personalise it so much and it is just a brilliant phone.

Well right now it look likes Galaxy being favor the most for now, keep it coming guys

Had the Galaxy S2 - loved that phone. It just worked. Always, never had any trouble with it. Build quality was brilliant, never broke. I decided it was due an upgrade.

Bought the Xperia Z. Don't get me wrong, it is a very very good phone, but it's just lost the feel of, well being a phone. It's big and feels like it'd break if I gripped it too hard. The build finish is lovely, and is, in my opinion, the best looking phone at the moment.

There are a few flaws however.

The camera. It's really not that great. It's not bad, but not great. It's advertised as a 13MP camera, but you can't set that resolution with Sony's native camera app. If there is enough light, it's okay, but it really struggles in low light.

The processor. It's a quad core snapdragon S4 pro - which has been used for many months on phones with 720P screens. It now has to push more pixels and as a result really struggles when gaming.

The battery. 1080P. LCD. 5 inch. 2330 mAh. It lasts 7 hours for me. 3 if I'm watching videos on Youtube.

But that's 7 hours of constant usage. I'm always on it, texting, listening to music (I am currently) or emailing.

I'd probably give it an 8/10 overall. Don't like the HTC one, or the S4. HTC one is all hype and aimed at the typical kids of today - with "amazing" speakers and beats. Not for me. S4? No new specifications, all about the fancy software you won't use half of. Most if it is gimmicky, for example the page swiping thing. "I know, I'm going to buy a phone with a 1080P touchscreen so I don't have to use the touchscreen".

But hey, that's just my opinion. I'm going to be keeping an eye out for the Note 3. I'm super looking forward to it's release. I probably won't buy it, but I just want to see it dominate the market in every way.

Perfect phone - durable Xperia Z with a 4.2 inch screen, large battery, 1080P screen.

Oh - almost forgot to say. A lot of people really complain about the screen on the Xperia, at how the viewing angles are terrible. Now, I don't know if it's just me, but I don't tend to look at my phone from a 90 degree + angle. I'm just saying.
