They aren't bumping the topic at all... OP was asking everyone on the forum if they had an answer to why he is getting lag. They don't need to PM each other.
On topic, Make sure that no one in your house is streaming Youtube or downloading anything because if you have poor bandwidth and someone is eating it up by streaming that will definitely affect your connection in game. Use Speedtest.net and reply what your D/L speed is, this might be a contributing factor as well.
