Brainstrain wrote I believe the Champion of Cyrodill did in fact become Sheogorath, at least assumes the title of the Madgod. The Champion did not become a Daedra as I believe it was said you become the first mortal to sit on a Daedric Prince's throne. The real "Sheogorath" will one day come back, but as Jyggalag, well maybe he might be tired of the Isles. There is only the line in the game that leads to the assumption the Champion is still Sheogorath. There is not enough info to say for sure what happened to the Champion. With the Knights of The Nine you become in a sense a demi-god, so I highly doubt Cicero would stand a chance against The Champion.

As stated above, its player assumption as to if the Champion became Sheogorath or not. I don't like to believe it because to me the Champion merely took the title of Madgod for a little, but did not become Sheogorath.
It's also said that the dragonborn is directly related to the Champion of Cyrodiil, but that's also player assumption.

It is never said of that, or if it is proof. I've never encountered any mention of any such details, both in game and searching the wiki.
I can't remember where it was mentioned but it did somewhere. There's no proof of it though.

If it is stated in the game that the Dragonborn is a direct descendant of the Champion of Cyrodiil then it is confirmed, so if you have proof of it actually being said then its true from Bethesda as part of the Elder Scrolls lore. But as I said before, me and thousands of users of a wiki have never encountered it, otherwise it'd be posted online under the info about the dragonborn.
