My workouts are insane. And for all of you extreme lifters... I would recommend trying crossfit. For those that don't know what that is.. Google it.

I used to work out a lot in college but once med school came i gained more fat than muscle lol

I can dumbell about 30-35 and press 145, the kids In my town and me being a 14 year boy, that's impressive
