The last time i benched it was 145kgs with about 5-10 reps. But working out 60-80kgs 3-4 sets of 15 and bicep curls i do 15-20kgs 3 sets of 25. I have not been working out as much as i did as a teen but i still do certain things.

Though I'm a few years older than most of you.

Max's
Bench - 290 lbs. One finger spotter - 325
Squat - 365 lbs.
Power Cling - 235 lbs.
40 yard dash - 4.79
I am a college basketball player tho. So working out is mandatory for me. I'm 18. About 6'0 on a good day. And weigh 200 pounds(+-)
My workouts are insane. And for all of you extreme lifters... I would recommend trying crossfit. For those that don't know what that is.. Google it.
