I had a search around the web and it looks like nobody has been able to reset dawnguard with setstage and with my past experiences setstage is a pretty buggy command, you could try writing up some codes but i wont guarantee that they will work.
Crash my save is the last thing I want. So, I'll try the "delete and install Dawnguard" method.

That method works as long as you are not in a Dawnguard related location, so best option is to save in Whiterun and do the deletion process.
