Pretty common styles, execution needs alot of work. Read some tuts, try to develop your own style

How is his portfolio even relevant to yours?
Your work is not unique. It is an overused style, and they're all very basic.
That is a fact.
Whether he is a better designer or not, based on his portfolio, like you asked to see, does not matter at all.
Plus, there's a handful of good designers on TTG.
Most of which are not very active.
But it takes time to create a decent, original piece, so you can't blame them.
Not to mention, your "logos" aren't even logos.
You are presenting them as avatars, not logos.
And you can't even see half of them.
To see what an actual logo looks like, and how it should be presented, I suggest taking a look at Daemon-Inkz.
