Teachers are paid by State not Federal taxation. So not effected, minus I guess DC. But they have their own thing worked out.

Yeah it does learn fairly hard to the right. But again they all lean one way. I think, strictly factual information based, CNN is definitely one of the best. But Obviously if you lean one way, probably pick the station that agrees with your views.
