I got the ps4 this morning early, and ive been trying to play it all day, but its crashing a LOT. When i tried to play offline, it crashed like 4 times in 1 hour, then in the next 2 hours it crashed 3 times. after that i tried to go play online, and it was having lag spikes, and it crashed 2 times in 30 minutes.
This is a big disappointment. Ive already decided from what ive seen in a few hours that im going to sell my PS4 to this guy i work with, and use the money to buy an Xbox one.
I went with ps4 because ive prefered it in the past(so no,im not an xbox fanboy) but the ps4 is a disappointment in my opinion.

UPDATE:
I just felt the back of my ps4 console, it is extremely hot.. a lot more heat is back there than there should be... its hot to touch

I say try to swap it out before you sell it and give it another shot. Mine has not done any of that

i'm a xbox fan but the xbox one isn't even released yet. it may also have a defect.

It is the first day so of course the network is going to be slow so you really cant blame that alot.

You could have been sold a faulty system. Mine is working fine. I would recommend calling Playstation support and explain your problem to them.

Like this guy said I'd call support and then see if I could swap out the system at the store.

how come everyone ON TTG AND ONLY TTG are having issues but yet my friend has been playing his since midnight and hasn't had one issue?

It's MOSTLY (not all) xbox fanboys trying to bash on the PS4. I have only had troubles with PSN in general but everyone has been experiencing these issues. It's only day one they will fix everything.
