the ps4 is a good console but machines build it in large quantities so they wont just run out if they did it with bare hands and tools it would take to long. it could just be some solder which has been dripped off of the machine. this would happen rarely though cause cam's do what would be entered on a computer and will build the same thing over and over again without mistake unless the computer program had a slight change but once they would start to build the ps4 and its in the production they wouldn't change it.
