Overclocking is not going to happen with the parts listed, just so you know. The games you listed are graphic intense games, so don't expect to play ultra with the listed components. I say on low settings you might get a decent frame rate.

what should i upgrade to get better FPS i have a good GPU and a above decent CPU

cant really say cause i dont mess with low budget stuff i use higher end stuff

Well than what main parts do FPS factor too? cause i looked up my GPU benchmarks and it ran all those games on ultra but im guessing its not just the GPU that factors it right?

alot of those benchmarks run with intel like core i5s and i7s and make sure they arnt using crossfire
