Lavish wrote I saw this and thought it belonged here. (Even tough nobody wanted the minimum wage raised to $15/hour.)

Looks like it would be more convenient.

Lavish wrote You don't know their circumstances, so don't pretend like you do.
There are some people that drop out to support their ill family.
Some don't go to college because they simply can't afford it.

Raising minimum wage isn't a bad thing.
People are paid minimum wage in a lot of other establishments than just fast food as well.

Couldn't have said it better myself ^^

com1209 knows nothing about life and work in general, your rant has served you no purpose other than make you look like a fool, those who drop out of school can still start fresh in college and if they worked hard enough they would achieve their goal. Doesn't mean they are "**** ups" for choosing to enjoy life while they are still young opposed to being a stuck up little nerd like yourself.

Pardon my French, just cant stand people like you.

Just so everyone knows

$7.25 in 2012
Is the same as about
$4.81 in 1995

Obtained by multiplying $7.25 by the percentage increase in the CPI from 2012 to 1995.

And everything gets more expensive each year..

If people drop out of high school, they should be payed minimum wage, nothing more. All of you people saying they deserve a raise, only a select few deserve a pay raise, not the whole minimum wage salary base. You guys are down right stupid to think people who don't care enough to graduate high school deserve more money, they are selfish to demand stuff like this. On the other hand, like I said before, some minimum wage workers DESERVE a pay raise, but that should be dealt person to person from their boss. If people want more money, why didn't they finish school, or go to school through the military, and or student loans, but no people are lazy in America and majorly selfish. I'm going to go start a rant topic now, excuse me.
