Well this is best idea for banning moddres because it will effect the future.

They Won't be banned because all they care about is money but on the other hand if they banned people they might be thinking that they will pay for gold again and make a new account witch leads to more money. But the worst that will happen is a Account Ban for maybe 2 weeks or Cheaters Pool. Stop The Arguments and Just Wait and see what happens Its the modders fault if they get banned they choose to do it yes i mod myself and i started yesterday but if they were really wanting to banned you they would ban you straight away. ALL MICROSOFT CARE ABOUT IS MONEY WHY DO YOU THINK THEY CHANGED EVERYTHING TO MONEY NOW.

You right Microsoft cares all about money. They are banning people's consloes so they can buy new one and they are making up stuff why you got banned. Thas why i think Playstation is better because they never gives ban's to people.
