E71 typically means it cannot load your dashboard or some dash related error. This can be coupled with a bad nand flash. If you're able to boot into Xell, you should try and reflash your xebuild image. Otherwise you will need to write to your nand directly using some kind of SPI programmer. (Nand-X, JR-P, etc.)
