I'm planning to R-Jtag an old jasper running on 16537. I was wondering if it is possible to R-Jtag this console. And if it is if someone could link me the Coolrunner chip that I need and all the wires... I will need to R-Jtag this console. And yes I have soldering skill, and I pretty much know what I'm doing from watching many different tutorials. Thanks to all in advance.

Are you planning on doing a RGH or a R-Jtag?
RGH requires a CoolRunner..
R-Jtag requires a r-jtag..
Also, if all of your "experience" is through youtube videos. I highly suggest not attempting to modify your first console on a perfectly functional console.. We all start at that youtube phase, and truth be told, you will most likely go through a board or 2 before you successfully mod a console.. If it was a regular Jtag, I would say go for it, but since you are planning on doing one of the above, they have very small and critical points where something as small as heating a pad for too long can stop your xbox from functioning, I would suggest having someone else do it!

I heard you can't RGH a console on dashboards 16203 and above. And it's a very old console that I don't use anymore and is console banned so I don't care for it. And yeah I'm just trying to start somewhere and I have soldering skill so I don't think that should be a problem for me.

You can RGH a console on any dashboard. As of right now the R-Jtag chips are discontinued, but you can still find them on certain websites. The RGH2 alternative also isn't that bad, and it's a lot cheaper. My Jasper RGH2 has really good boot times, from instant to about 15 seconds.
If you want to do the RGH then you'll need a CoolRunner Rev C, and they're about $25.
If you want to do the R-Jtag then you'll need the R-Jtag kit, which is around $45.
Both will give you pretty good boot times, but R-Jtag is a little more complicated to install

I would recommend a CR3 Lite if you can find one anywhere.
