SRT wrote You can RGH a console on any dashboard. As of right now the R-Jtag chips are discontinued, but you can still find them on certain websites. The RGH2 alternative also isn't that bad, and it's a lot cheaper. My Jasper RGH2 has really good boot times, from instant to about 15 seconds.
If you want to do the RGH then you'll need a CoolRunner Rev C, and they're about $25.
If you want to do the R-Jtag then you'll need the R-Jtag kit, which is around $45.
Both will give you pretty good boot times, but R-Jtag is a little more complicated to install

Do you think you could link me to the could link me to the cool runner chip and all the things I will need for the console? I have soldering iron, flux, wire... I just need all the parts that I need for the console. I just don't want to purchase the wrong one's...

I would recommend a CR3 Lite if you can find one anywhere.

Okay thanks for your help!

All you need is a JR-Programmer v2 or v1 and an R-Jtag chip.
