Okay so Im trying to conect to xbox live but it wont let me.
When I test my connection it connects to the network but then it gives me an error message trying to connect to the internet.
And the internet works on my computers and stuff just not my xbox.
Do i have to open a port or something?
And yes I tried turning off restarting my router, putting my network back to factory then trying again.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] <---- Click here for the Service Status.
Everything on the service status appears to be up and running. Try this:
-Reset Router for 30 seconds (Plug out, then back in)
-Reset your Xbox Console (Test connection if not signed in right away)
-Did it work? (If not, contact Xbox Customer Support about your issue.)
Edit:
Some extra questions:
-Wired or Wireless connection?
-If wired, is your cable plugged fully in?

Try clearing your system cache and/or deleting your profile and redownloading it
