I guess you could say it's an experience worth having. Unless you're SUPER afraid of ghosts.

You cannot try it, it just happens. Nobody wants this to happen trust me.

I don't know. I think some people may want to experience it for many reasons. But if you could control it, I'd only do it once. My Mom always used to say, if you have a lot of sugary foods before you go to sleep, it can happen.

well idk there are ways to increase chances of sleep paralysis but they arent backed by hard facts just speculation you can try. And this made me think have you ever experienced lucid dreaming?

I had one lucid dream. I was on my bus. It kinda sucked. I wish I could have more though.
Tell me how master of sleep.

Young_Reefa_Man wrote Invictus have you been dabbling with psychedelics? Its real, believe it or not. Its down the same road as lucid dreaming in a way. I've done it a few times but i like lucid dreaming way better for obvious reasons.

I have only lucid dreamed before. I have heard of sleep paralysis but I have personally never had it happen to me. I know when I have stayed awake for very long periods of time, I start to fade in and out and am just so tired I think I'm hearing and seeing things when I'm not.
