I hate how i can't skateboard anywhere its like if a kid is walking around with a skateboard it causes more attention then a guy walking around with a gun cops will follow me around but i see people with guns on them i understand they have licenses and stuff but if i was a cop i would still check to see if they can legally have a gun on them.

This only happens because idiots tend to fall hurt themselves and then cry for compensation. they do have these special places that I have heard about though.. some call them skate parks but it may only be a rumour. legend has it that you can go there and skate around freely without having officers of the law following your every move.... probably nonsense though.

Coming from a person who used to street skate. Most skaters go around grinding on curbs and other things and it really damages the owner's property. And plus like a user said above, they fall and get hurt and try to claim it was the person who owns the property fault.

Unfortunately, there is nowhere for me to skate, at all.. not even a skate park so count yourself lucky. I used to live near a skatepark, but I mainly only street skate. The reason people don't like it, is that it damages property. That's why a lot of people will kick you off their property if you're skating there, as well as the fact they don't want to be sued if you f*ck up and hurt yourself. It kind of sucks, but it is fair.
