1) If you need security in the first place to enforce your rules, you're a bad host and shouldn't be controlling anyone's actions.
2) I don't know if you've realized but people are pretty brain dead when it comes to kicking people. They just don't understand the concept of "If this guy isn't kicked the lobby will turn to shit" It's much easier to leave the session, start a new one and invite the people who are actually interested in taking part in the meet.
3) Fair point there, but then again they might not have a mic or might have been invited by a friend and therefore they do not know the specifications of the meet. You need to make sure you know who joins your lobby.
