Only do sit ups if are skinny otherwise it makes your stomach bigger look it up

Try to cut out some calories, although not too much. You still need to eat a healthy amount.

Do lots of cardio and some weight training. In the weight room do light weight and high reps, great for toning and burning fat.

You need to exercise and have a good diet. I would recommend getting a gym membership if you can because it will help out a lot.

Do a daily jog, do a certain amount of sit ups and push ups per day.

8 stone is underweight if anything, how old are you?

But if you want to shed some weight quickly,

Wear alot of thick jumpers amd stuff and start skipping/running.

You will sweat like a beast and will loose a few pounds quickly

You want to lose weight when you're 8 stone? Sounds like you're either very young or insane. If you really want to lose weight I suggest you get less calories in your diet and exercise frequently. I'm 16 and I'm 13.5 stone.

Have you heard of couch to 5K? Try that, It's meant to be easy.

Don't get take away, Try meal replacements for breakfast and lunch.
