No. You need to cut back on the amount of the fatty and oily foods in your diet. If anything you should be eating more. Just make sure its healthy

I've lost 50 pounds in the last year. You just gotta stay I'm the gym everyday and do lots of cardio (1 hour) a day and I personally eat all organic. No beef all chicken fruits and vegi. And I eat rye breed

Eating right, a bit of exercise, not too much like. There are some pills that everyone says are phoney but my aunt tried them and burnt like 5kg per week. Ill pm you the name of them if you're interested. [these are not weight loss pills that are super expensive it just washes out your bowel and cleans you're insides and helps you lose weight]

The answer is simple, be more outgoing, cut out the fried foods, and watch the amount of the sugar you intake. There is no secret to losing weight, you just have to eat right. Obviously working out as well, I played basketball in my case which is a very good cardio and overall workout. I also did several ab workouts and calisthenics. If you have an android, I would suggest the app (Daily Ab Workout) I do it everyday and it helps.

Dont eat a lot of fat food etc junk, takeaway.Everyday start with healthy food fruit cereal etc. And try doing about an hour to 2 hours excerise a day.
