So I jailbroke my iphone and now my iphone is messed up and I can't restore my iphone to factory settings at all, or even old backups if I restore it to a old backup It keeps it jailbroken and stuck in safe mode, the problem is when I try to factory restore it, itunes crashes halfway through, no it's not my computer because I tried on 3 other computers and the same thing, I have tried putting it in recovery mode still doesn't work, if anyone have any help that could help me it would be much appreciated.

no, ive had this issue multiple times you've gotta get tinyumbrella and keep using a combination of DFU mode restore/recovery mode restore/ fix recovery/ and/or reset the iphone in settings mid way through, also try downgrading itunes then going back to the current one... you may be messing with it for quite some time before it restores i've had to keep screwing arounf with it for 4 hours before i finally got it last time.

I had this problem a couple years ago when I couldn't restore my iPhone and here's how I fixed it.

Save the iPSW to your desktop.
Enter DFU mode
Open iTunes and shift+restore (on windows) to the iPSW saved on your desktop.

Still won't work. Anyone else know how to fix the problem?

You can try to dwonload the IOS 8 BETA IPSW and do it that way. So put the phone in DFU on iTunes Hold shift and press update. Then select the ios 8 IPSW and once on IOS 8 download the ios 7.1.3 firmware or whatever your phone can handle. Then just hold shift+update and select ios 7 IPSW
