I don't want to spend a dump of money when it's not going to get me a lot hahaSanctyy has sorted you with a build that will run all games max setting 60 FPS +
The build fits your needs perfectly
You also have the option to overclock.
The computer is a beast.
Well then, Sounds good to me... Got any idea if I'll be able to record with it? (Is that a really stupid question?)
Hes also gave you plenty of storage room.
Make sure to store the OS on the SSD.
If your thinking about streaming then that relys on your Upload speed as well as your hardware..
So this is definitely the best PC I can get? Sorry that I keep asking but I want to be 100% certain...
Okay thanks dude (20 character)

OP, for recording I have tried many different things. However I have found Mirillis Action to be the best by far. You can get a full version of it for free by searching around.
The file sizes are relatively small and the interface and features are really good.

Will it have a big impact on performance?

from my experiences with it, not really. Plus you wouldn't need to worry with a 970.
Or just use shadowplay... that would be easier haha. just crossed my mind that.
