Not someone who goes around arguing with people about their religions, that would be an Anti-theist.

Not necessarily. I've got friends that just don't consider themselves. They just don't really care either way

You are correct, however I'm not an Atheist but I am an Agnostic, I neither believe or disbelieve God(s).

Its not possible to prove there's no god just like you can't prove there's no such things as unicorns

That doesn't happen often but I know what you mean. I actually saw a picture recently that I found to be very true. It said "True Christianity is a lost religion. Today's Christians aren't interested in following Christ; they are interested in scapegoating their guilt and feeling morally superior to everyone else."
