it clearly states before buying the digital game there are no refunds. You should have bought the disc instead.

I know that but you are valid to one if you are sold a broken game. Many other people have gotten one even my friend got one last night.

Cant get a refund on a digital copy because a digital copy cant "break". The game it self (343 developers) can have issues with the game. Therefore your digital copy is not broken.

There was a recorded session with a MS employee and the guy got a refund no problem, they are making exceptions for this game because of all the trouble and inconvenience It's causing

Digital copies can't "Break", it's basically impossible. Anyways, instead of trying to get a refund for a digital game that you can't get a refund for, contact microsoft again and tell them it's not working. If they can't help then contact the game creator. You're going to have to explain to them your issue.

Oh and by the way multiplayer works just fine for me it might be your Internet
